The Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) hosted the LUMS Open Day on Sunday, December 20, 2015, to introduce the academic programmes offered at the University to prospective students, their parents, and teachers from schools and colleges across the country.
LUMS faculty, staff and students were on hand to address the queries of prospective applicants and their parents and teachers in detail during the day-long event. Over 500 attended the event, which provided an excellent opportunity for guests to find out about the programmes offered, the admission application process and financial aid options available.
Admissions Office, Financial Aid Office, National Outreach Programme, and Marketing team representatives were available to answer all queries. The visitors networked with LUMS faculty who introduced them to the academic and extra-curricular possibilities at the University, and were also able to explore the 100-acre campus and see the world class facilities available. The event was open for anyone interested to attend and provided a range of opportunities for the attendees to experience life at LUMS and see its vibrant community in action.
