The LUMS School of Education (SOE) has officially opened admissions to its new programme, MPhil Education Leadership and Management. This is a competitive 2-year programme focused on producing educational decision-makers with a strong foundation in research. It combines rigorous academics with in-depth practical training enabling students to think critically and innovatively about the educational landscape in Pakistan.
The School of Education aims to continue the University’s tradition of academic excellence and world-class facilities by drawing on the experiences and skills of a dynamic group of educators and learners from across Pakistan and the world.
Located at the intersection of research, policy, and practice, SOE aims to provide strategic direction to the educational landscape in the country with a long-term vision to develop robust networks across the region. It envisions reshaping the education system for tomorrow by preparing educators, innovators, strategic leaders, policy researchers and reflective practitioners to influence education policy and practice.
