The latest Programme offered by Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC), Finance for Non-Financial Managers took place from August 7 - 11, 2018. This 5-day comprehensive Programme was led by the Programme Director, Syed Mubashir Ali, Associate Professor at Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB) and supported in teaching by Asad Alam, Assistant Professor (SDSB) and Syed Aun Rizv, Assistant Professor (SDSB).
The Programme, Finance for Non-Financial Managers is one of the most long-running and popular programmes by REDC and is typically offered more than once a year. The Programme provides a framework to help understand the business implications of financial decision-making. This Programme boosts a diverse audience coming from various industry sectors and business backgrounds. Discussion based case studies, interactive simulations and projects are blended with classroom activity to ensure participants master the latest techniques of project analysis, learn to allocate resources more optimally and understand financial markets. The Programme incorporates analytical tools that can help managers make data-savvy decisions, all of which affect financial performance.
