Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) held an Executive Development Programme for Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) from August 6 - 10, 2018. The Programme was designed to help executives evolve their leadership and general management capability.
The Programme helped participants develop a holistic management perspective to take on new challenges critical to progression within the organisation. The Programme was directed by Anjum Fayyaz, Assistant Professor at Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB), Muhammad Abdur Rahman Malik, Assistant Professor (SDSB) and Shakeel Sadiq Jajja, Assistant Professor (SDSB) and joined by teaching faculty, Jamshed Hasan Khan, Professor (SDSB) and Syed Mubashir Ali, Associate Professor (SDSB). The Programme assisted participants in exploring individual strengths, increasing understanding of effective leadership and refining strategies for a sustained competitive advantage.
Case studies, hands-on exercises, interactive simulations and projects were blended to ensure participants master the latest techniques in building leadership capacity, change management, customer centricity, disruptive innovation, finance, stakeholder and technology management and gain exposure on new trends in operational excellence in the Telecom Sector.
