Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan Ltd. (RB) conducted a recruitment drive for their “League of Game Changers Programme” on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
Mr. Fahad Ashraf, Chief Executive & General Manager, Health started the session with an introduction of the Company and its culture. He said RB’s vision is a world where people are healthier and live better. He further elaborated the core values of RB: Partnership, Achievement, Entrepreneurship, Ownership and Responsibility. Moreover, he elaborated that the philosophy of RB is to find people who are ready to take chances and are initiators of ideas.
Mr. Ashraf then invited students who did internships with them in summer 2017 to come on stage and share their experiences. The shared that while working at RB, one can learn the best practices and RB’s management always appreciates hard work as well as motivates new joiners to learn more.
Ms. Nida, Senior Manager, HR then took the stage and shared her journey at Reckitt Benckiser. She told the audience about the ’League of Game Changers Programme’ and also said that the Pakistani team will represent RB in UK against 17 countries.
Later, she invited Ms. Maria, Manager, HR who came and explained the whole registration process for “League of Game Changers Programme” to the students along with the deadlines to apply.
The session concluded with an interactive question and answer session.
