The National Outreach Programme (NOP) Centre team visited Swat in the last week of October, where a total of 11 colleges spread out in Chitral, Mingora, Saidu Sharif and Kanju were reached. As always they were welcomed warmly by school administration and interactive sessions took place.
The key goal was to not only orient students about the NOP and its processes but to also introduce students to the new NOP Online Application System. This involved going through the System and outlining how prospective applicants can apply. The step was taken in order to streamline the NOP Summer Coaching Session Application Process.
Some of the main queries asked by students during the question and answer sessions included questions about the eligibility criteria for applicants as well as the admissibility of second year Intermediate/A Level students to the NOP.
