Numerics For Life

Numerics For Life

Life is beautifully complex, encourges to study it and purify it.  Numerical solution for life (NumLife) is a research group which is formed to build a team of  numerical computationist of  various fields to address the tremendous problem of immense importance.
NumLife primarily bridges the area of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Computational Solid Mechanics (CSM), namely Fluid Structure Interaction (FSI) and involved in cross-disciplinary collaborative scientific research encompassing a diverse and challenging set of problems spread over the fields of Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Computer Science.
Numlife research publications contribute to the scientific literature on FSI, Optimization, Benchmark proposals, Hemodynamics.
While teaching credentials and experience of NumLife fall primarily within the various basic and advance areas of Mathematics. For instance, Numerical programming of ODEs and PDEs, Analyses I-IV, FEM, Engineering mathematics, optimization, Cal I-IV. This cross-disciplinary collaborative research on complex problems and teaching at the highest level captures our aspirations.
NumLife will use primarily the finite element tool FEATFLOW but also open to use various software packages like ANSYS, FreeFEM, COMSOL etc.
Numlife welcome the researchers, students, universities and industrial partners to be a part.
