REDC Conducts Programme on Human Resource Management

The Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) initiated a 4-day executive programme from October 30 to November 2, 2017, which took place at REDC, LUMS titled, 'Building Blocks of Human Resource Management'. The programme was led by Director, Dr. Anwar Khurshid and supported by Dr. Muhammad Abdur Rahman Malik and Dr. Jawad Syed as teaching faculty.

'Building Blocks of Human Resource Management' was a high-impact programme during which Human Resource (HR) professionals learn to construct the fundamental and critical building blocks of a performance driven Human Resource Management system. The programme exposed participants to core HR tools and techniques, which can effectively contribute to generate value within an organisation.

Interactive simulations and exercises blended with classroom discussions on real human resource challenges for interactive discussions and idea sharing amongst the executives. The programme was well received by participants with key appreciation for the interactive learning, the Centre’s ambiance, teaching expertise and in-depth knowledge of the faculty team.
