The 5-day residential programme titled Leadership for Senior Executives took place at the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) from October 9-13, 2017. This programme was an immersive learning experience, offering a unique and unparalleled opportunity to create transformational leadership journey with an emphasis on building collaborative networks to drive organisational growth. Leaders and senior executives from diverse industry sectors; financial institutions, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), telecommunication, pharmaceuticals, engineering, retail etc.
The programme was led by directors Arif Nazir Butt and Adnan Zahid and supported by Anwar Khurshid, Muhammad Adeel Zafar and Nasser Aziz as teaching faculty. Inspirational talks by iconic business leaders; Syed Babar Ali, Abdul Razak Dawood, Syed Wamiq Bukhari and Zaffar A. Khan provided a unique and dynamic opportunity to the programme participants for a transformational learning experience
Interactive simulations and exercises blended with classroom discussions on real leadership challenges for interactive discussions and idea sharing amongst the executives.
