Catalysis and Green Chemistry

This group is interested in the development of novel green synthetic methodologies, utilizing transition metal catalysis, for the functionalization of aromatic hydrocarbons. Our newly developed catalytic reactions provide rapid access to previously inaccessible materials which can have potential applications in wide range of areas including medicinal chemistry, agrochemicals, organic electronic materials, and photoredox catalysis.
