Managers are constantly expected to make decisions that reflect a full understanding of the financial consequences and have to be prepared for taking up the responsibilities of dealing with management reports, budgets and capital proposals. In light of an increasing demand, the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) conducted a 4 day programme on Corporate Financial Management providing participants with a fresh perspective on the role of corporate financial restructuring in the global marketplace and the ability to identify the key sources of value creation.

The programme enabled the executives to understand how they can create shareholder value in the long run. They discussed the best practices of successful companies and the mistakes that have derailed other as well as strategies to generate consistent and superior cash flows; make disciplined investments; excel in operational efficiency and earn high industry-leading returns for long term profitability. The experiential nature of the progamme, real world case studies, dynamic peer debates and interactive practitioner sessions enhance their executive judgement and increase their confidence by discussing financial elements of strategic decisions with peers and faculty.
