Programme Details
Khaadi Lead Management Trainee (KLMT)
Criteria: Final semester Students
Duration: 12 months
Rotation-based Programme Design:
- 5 streams (Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain & Core Business including Product Merchandising, E-Commerce, Commercial)
- Exposure in different functions, impactful projects, mentoring and coaching, and trainings
Summer Internship Programme
Criteria: Undergraduates: 3rd year students and Masters: 1st year students
Duration: 6 - 8 weeks
Structured Project-based Programme Design:
- Orientation, store visits, impactful projects, mentoring and coaching, and career counselling
- Market-competitive stipend
Top 3 performing interns will receive a conditional offer to be part of the KLMT 2021 cohort!
Note: An online assessment will be conducted after the presentation. Please bring your smart card, own stationery items and calculators.
The Campus-drive team will include members from their management committee and representatives from HR and various other functions. Please prepare for any questions you may have about the company and/or programmes.
