About the Session
As the job market and company structures and roles change, what skills are companies really looking for? How have job opportunities changed in the past 15 years? What are they going to look like in the future? And, most importantly, how can you fit into this new reality? The session will answer these important questions. By analysing real company examples, students will learn about the factors that are shaping today’s world and the implications technology has on our daily human interactions.
About the Speaker
Ms. Deneanu studied business management at the University of Economics in Romania, and is also an IE Alumna, holding a Global MBA degree. She is an executive with more than 15 years of professional experience in international development, marketing and sales and is an expert in building business ties across different business stakeholders in different regions. Ms. Deneanu is also a speaker on career change, and coaches professionals from around the world to develop their professional careers and education.
