The LUMS Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) conducted the fall offering of its Sales Force Management Programme from September 17-19, 2019. The three-day immersive programme encompassed a 360-degree view of the complex and deep-rooted challenges encountered by sales force leaders.
The programme was led by Muhammad Luqman Awan, who was joined in teaching by Muhammad Adeel Zaffar and Muhammad Abdur Rahman Malik. The strategic role of selling, managing the sales force and its deployment were some key focus areas and an online sales force management simulation was used to identify and explore the challenges and integral drivers for optimising the sales force performance.
The programme was well-received by a diverse group of senior managers and industry leaders. Talking about the programme, Mr. Muhammad Amer, National Fundraising Manager at the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital said, “It is a very good programme that offers a new perspective on managing sales force in today's competitive and dynamic environment.”
Another participant, Mr. Ashar Hassan Thanavi, an employee at International Mobel (Private) Limited, also expressed his satisfaction with the sessions and said, “An excellent three-day programme for sales force managers. The programme gives you a chance to think out of the box and equips you to complete your task in the best possible way, which is of paramount importance in the current business landscape.”
