The Cheetay.pk Summer Internship Campus Drive was held at LUMS on Thursday April 25, 2019. Rakhshanda Ameen, Human Resources Manager Cheetay.pk, formally started the session by sharing information about the company and its operations. She told the audience that Cheetay.pk is a three-year-old startup that offers delivery services to people all over Lahore.
Ms. Ameen also explained that they started with the delivery of food as its major product, then moved on to books, baby care products, healthcare products and food deals. Cheetay.pk is looking for few more categories to include as part of its delivery services and is also planning to expand its operations in Islamabad and Karachi. Currently they have overall 250 employees working at the company making it a diverse professional environment with the head office located at Kot Lakhpat, Lahore.
Later, Ms. Ameen told attendees that Cheetay.pk is looking to give energetic students internships in different departments like Information Technology, Marketing, Human Resource and Finance, elaborating that the successful completion of the internship could lead to a full time job. She concluded the session by taking questions from the audience.
