Tetra Pak conducted its campus drive for their Future Talent Programme 2019 on Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
Mr. Osama Hasan (Resourcing Specialist) started the session by introducing himself and his team member Mr. Zuhair Butt (HR Master Data Administrator). Mr. Zuhair then took the stage and played a video which gave an introduction to the company.
Tetra Pak ensures better nutrition and healthier lifestyles through safe packaging and food processing solutions. Guided by their global brand promise, ‘Protects What’s Good’; Tetra Pak strives to make a difference by protecting food, people and futures. Tetra Pak is one of three companies in the Tetra Laval Group — a private group that started in Sweden. The other two companies are DeLaval and Sidel. Tetra Pak has 25,488 employees in around 160 countries with a net sales of € 11.2 billion and primarily deals in 3 types of business — Packaging, Processing and Services.
Mr. Zuhair then informed the students about the Future Talent Programme. It is a Tetra Pak global initiative to employ and offer Young Graduates the opportunity to develop their skills in preparation of their future career in the company. It sustains Tetra Pak’s commitment to investing to build technical and leadership skills for a global workforce. He informed students of the process that included Screening test, Screening Interviews, Online Assessment, Technical Interviews and Final Assessment.
The session concluded with a Question and Answer session that was followed by a written test.
