Unilever Pakistan came to LUMS on February 15 to recruit graduates and students for their Unilever Future Leadership Programme (UFLP) and Unilever Internship Programme (ULIP).
Nida Azhar, a LUMS Alumna and representative for Unilever, started the presentation with a short introduction of the company, the products it manufactures and the achievements Unilever has to its credit. Nadia Ghafar, another representative from Unilever, then proceeded to introduce other team members from various departments who explained to the students how their respective departments function and shared their experience of working with Unilever.
Ms. Ghafar then informed students of the recruitment dates and the application process. She gave an overview of the UFLP, Unilever’s flagship recruitment programme, which provides rigorous training and exposure to fresh graduates, and the ULIP, which offers students continuous business mentoring and hands-on responsibility during the course of the internship.
The presentation then concluded with a questions and answers session that was followed by an online test for the Summer Internship.
