The LUMS Alumni Batches of 1991 to 1995 held their first ever reunion on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at the Executive Dining Hall (EDH) at LUMS.
The alumni, accompanied by their spouses, gathered at EDH for a delicious hi-tea to reminisce the good old days and see the developments at their alma mater after having been away for more than two decades. LUMS faculty members, Dr. Jamshed Hassan and Dr. Syed Zahoor Hassan, who have been associated with LUMS for a long time, were also present at the reunion so they could catch up with some of their oldest students.
The afternoon kicked off with the alumni introducing themselves, followed by a sumptuous hi-tea and some very lively discussions. The alumni and professors engaged in discussions about the progress of LUMS, and its various programmes and initiatives, with each person giving their feedback on how they think these programmes can be improved.
In addition to this, the alumni shared their memories of life at LUMS, and given the diverse graduation years of the alumni, they also discussed the tremendous amount of changes that have been brought about at their alma mater within the past two decades, making sure to express their admiration for how remarkably well LUMS is progressing.
The reunion concluded with a memorable group photograph, leaving the alumni with smiling faces and excitement for the next reunion.
