JS Bank conducted recruitment drive for its Management Trainee Programme at LUMS on February 20, 2018. Mr. Bilal Iqbal, Head of Learning and Organisational Development started the session by giving a brief introduction of JS Bank. He explained that the bank started its operations in 2006 and in this short span of time, it has expanded its network to 161 cities having 323 operational branches along with its own digital banking network. Further he explained, that the bank was looking for young, talented and creative people.
Mr. Munibullah Khan, Deputy Head Learning and Organisational Development, then took the stage and explained about the milestones JS bank has achieved so far. He said that around 100 branches have been converted to solar power. He further described the MT Programme, a facilitated learning programme which provides extensive learning and exposure to the young employees by giving them a chance to interact and learn from financial industry experts. Additionally, it gives them experiential learning through rotations in different business segments. He then explained the recruitment process of JS bank.
The drive concluded with an interactive question and answer session followed by an online test.
