JS Bank Limited is coming to LUMS for a Recruitment Drive for their Management Trainee Programme.

The JS Bank team will be providing graduates from the class of 2018 guidance for embarking upon a career in banking and also looking for ambitious and competent individuals with a willingness to learn and a propensity to excel.
Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive facilitated learning programme, while guided rotations in business segments of interest will cater to the candidates' experiential learning needs. Upon successful completion of the programme MTs will be placed in high-demand functions, and will be included in their future leadership pipeline.
Eligibility Criteria:
Final year students enrolled in a 4 year Bachelors programme (Finance background is preferred)
CGPA should be a minimum of 3.0 out of 4.0
Age should be 24 years (as of December 31, 2017)
