SDSB is holding a panel discussion in partnership with HR Metrics. HR Metrics has the honour of introducing Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) HR certifications in Pakistan. SHRM is the world’s largest human resource association and leading provider of resources to serve the needs of both HR professionals and advanced practices of HR management. Considering the increasing role of human resource in organisation performance, the SHRM has developed HR Competency Model, based on 3 years’ rigorous global research in collaboration with 32,000 professionals and employers, 640 CHROs, and 111 focus groups in 33 countries around the world. SHRM HR Competency Model has a mechanism for learning by testing around the globe. SHRM has developed two Certifications SHRM – ‘Certified Professional for operational HR professionals’ and ‘Senior Certified Professional for strategic HR professionals’.
SDSB is conducting Human Resource Competency Standard briefing sessions along with a panel discussion on “Diversity & Inclusion”.
This year, the Dean of SDSB, Dr. Jawad Syed will be speaking along with distinguished personalities from the industry, including our alumnus Ms. Fatima Asad - Regional Director Abacus Consulting.
