LUMS National Outreach Programme (NOP) Centre started its outreach activities from Gilgit Baltistan where the team members visited Government Boys Degree College, Aga Khan Higher Secondary College for Boys and Elysian Science College in Gilgit and reached out to around 190 students.
The NOP representatives visited Hunza City to spread the outreach to Government Girls Degree College, Aga Khan Higher Secondary College for Girls and Public School and College, where approximately 225 students were given information about the LUMS National Outreach Programme and how to apply for it.
Moreover, Skardu, Gahkoch and Sherkilla were other cities that were visited by an NOP representative and more than 500 students were given information about the National Outreach Programme.
The students took keen interest in knowing what courses and facilities that LUMS offers to its students. Question and answer sessions were also carried out after every outreach presentation.
