TCS conducted a recruitment drive for its Management Associate Programme 2017 at LUMS. Mr. Hasan Tahir, Head of Talent Acquisition started the session by giving a brief introduction of the company and shared that TCS started its operations in Pakistan in 1983. He said that the company has state-of-the-art infrastructure, providing complete supply chain and e-commerce solutions to a diverse pool of customers. He also shared that TCS has around 10,000 experienced employees working with them.
Explaining the hiring procedure at TCS, he said that the Management Associate Programme, is a one-year programme, which provides rigorous training and exposure to fresh graduates. The selection procedure includes the following steps: online test, assessment, screening interview, interview with CEO followed by a job offer.
The session ended with an interactive Q&A session followed by an online test.
