Shell conducted its recruitment drive for its Management Trainee and Internship programmes at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) on February 16, 2017. Recruitment Advisor Mr. Salman Moden started the session with a brief introduction of Shell and his team. He then invited Mr. Babar Hassan, Team Lead Sales, who gave details about the vision of Shell and the fact that it is the most competitive energy organisation in the world. He further elaborated that Shell is an innovation driven organisation and its operations create a job boost for local economies as well as generate income for governments.
Later on, discussions on Shell Pakistan’s operations within the country and its motive to deliver energy responsibly were also held. Following these, Mr. Shujaat Haider, Fuels Pricing & CNG Business Manager, took the floor and talked about the company’s social responsibility tasks and how they are positively impacting society.
Lastly, Mr. Salman Moden discussed the application process for both the Management Trainee and Internship programmes. Moreover, he stated that the ideal candidate should have capacity, achievement and relationship building capabilities. The session concluded with an interactive question and answer session.
