The new Dean of the Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law (SAHSOL), Prof. Dr. Martin Lau, hosted a Welcome Tea on September 23, 2016 for law students across all five years. Undergraduate students and faculty gathered outside the Dean’s Office for snacks and conversation.
The event started off with Dr. Lau, introducing himself to the students followed by short speeches by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. S. Sohail H. Naqvi, and Dr. Parvez Hassan of Hassan & Hassan (Advocates), Chair of the Advisory Board of SAHSOL. The informal atmosphere allowed students the opportunity to introduce themselves to the Dean as well as mingle and interact with members of the faculty.
