The 4-day open enrollment programme on Project Management was conducted by Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) from January 31 - February 3, 2017. The programme was directed by Jamshed H. Khan, joined by Arif I. Rana and Zehra Waheed as teaching faculty. The programme incorporates areas related to project team dynamics, earned value analysis and planning tools.
The programme was well received by the participants from diverse areas of expertise. MS Project and project management simulations were used to provide executives with a new dimension on project planning, controlling and execution. The programme also highlighted the areas of risk management & estimation, management of complex projects and issues related to developmental projects. Participants shared their learning through presentations as to how the concepts learnt during the programme can be applied at their organisations.
