REDC Organises Developing Future Leaders Programme

As you ascend to new levels of management, it's critical that you build on your leadership strengths and learn new ways to achieve greater impact. The 7-day intensive programme, "Developing Future Leaders" was organised by the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) from October 15 - 21, 2018. The programme was led by Programme Director, Dr. Jamshed H. Khan, Professor, Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB) and Dr. Jawad Syed, Professor, SDSB, supported by Dr. Anjum Fayyaz, Assistant Professor, SDSB, Dr. Muhammad Adeel Zafar, Assistant Professor, SDSB and Dr. Saad Azmat, Associate Professor, SDSB as teaching faculty. The programme included hands-on experience and dynamic discussions to emphasise on management theories and best leadership practices to help participants master complex challenges and capitalise on emerging opportunities.

Participants from more than 15 organisations across varied businesses i.e. fertilizers, telecom, fmcg, engineering, textiles, banking and financial services and consulting etc., participated in the programme for a transformational learning experience with the purpose of gaining contemporary knowledge, essential insight, and tools needed to drive outcomes as future leaders of their organisations.
