The 5-day residential programme, ‘Leadership and Management for KPK Colleges’ took place at the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) from December 5 - 9, 2017. This programme was an immersive learning experience, offering a unique and unparalleled opportunity to create a transformational, leadership journey with an emphasis on vision, planning and strategy and building collaborative networks to drive organisational growth.
The programme was led by director Arif Nazir Butt and co-programme director Adnan Zahid and supported in teaching by Syed Sohail Hussain Naqvi, Muhammad Adeel Zaffar, Salman Khan, Anwar Khurshid and Nasser Aziz as teaching faculty.
The programme highlighted concepts of visionary leadership, change and culture, personality types and understanding communication styles. Through interactive exercises and participant presentations, concepts of teambuilding and ideas on strategic initiatives were discussed which were very well received by the participants. They were all praised for the faculty expertise and their in-depth knowledge.
