Rausing Executive Development Centre conducted an interactive focused programme on October 8, 2018 at Kehkeshan-, Serena Hotel, Islamabad for cultivating a customer centric mindset at a leading Telecom. The programme was designed to help the team understand consumer decision journey process and agile innovation.
With the help of case studies and hands-on journey mapping exercises, Programme Director, Dr. Suleman Shahid, Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science, at Syed Babar Ali School of Science and Engineering (SBASSE) successfully delivered a 1-day programme introducing the design thinking approach to understanding customer needs and taking it further to explore Customer Centric process redesign and improvement.
The participants commended the expertise of faculty and appreciated the programme content that enabled them to rethink and relearn.
