The Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) modular, 4-day programme on S&D imperatives in the digital world concluded on February 14, 2017. The objective of the programme was to expand awareness of the ways sales can accelerate business in light of big-picture strategy and its practical implementation. Specifically the programme helped participants to develop an understanding of their company’s strategy of digitising and how it applies to S&D.
Led by programme director Muhammad Luqman Awan and Co-programme director, Farrah Arif and joined in teaching by Anwar Khurshid, the offering focused on varied facets of design thinking, innovation and change. Participants gained an understanding of customer journey and touch points in sales process, managing sales channels and digitising sales processes and its implications on organisational structures, strategic imperatives and people.
“Inspiring and intellectually gratifying, this programme has reignited the spirit inside me to learn,” shared a programme participant.
