The Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) conducted a 4-day programme, Marketing in the Digital Age from February 21 – 24, 2017, led by Programme Director Farrah Arif and Co-Programme Director Zain ul Abdin Khawaja. The programme focuses on effectiveness of marketing in the context of modern-day evolving digital business landscape. This dynamic learning experience enabled participants to learn and simulate the knowledge and learning gained from the programme.
The main emphasis of the programme was learning to devise new pricing and monetization strategies for evolving products, co-creation, innovation and marketing. Consumer insights in the digital world and social media exercises are deliberated. Digital marketing experts from the industry shared their viewpoint on brand building and dynamic pricing in the local context.
Discussion based case studies, interactive simulations and projects were blended with class room activity to ensure participants master the latest techniques of marketing communication, research and development and mechanics of social media and viral marketing.
