Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) successfully conducted a 5-day programme on Finance for Non-Financial Managers from December 17 - 21, 2018 with the objective of providing exposure of a detailed framework for interpreting and analysing financial statements and understanding how business decisions are reflected in financial reports.
Led by Programme Director, Syed Mubashir Ali, the Programme assisted participants with understanding the critical linkages between financial indicators and business strategy for optimising organisational performance.
The Programme was well received with participation from leading industries like advertising and media, agriculture, fertilizer, government, telecommunication, banking and financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, oil and gas, consumer products and textiles among others. The executives attending the workshop got an unparalleled opportunity to explore analytical techniques for project analysis, allocating resources more optimally and understanding financial markets and their role in capital raising and monitoring.
