REDC Conducts Programme on Building High-Performance Teams

Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) successfully concluded a 4-day immersive programme on, 'Building High-Performance Teams' from January 22 - 25, 2019. The activities during the programme focused on team dynamics in a real life situation with an emphasis on how to optimise the performance, both as a team player and a team leader.

The programme was led by Dr. Arif N. Butt and Dr. Muhammad Abdur Rahman Malik and supported by Dr. Anwar Khurshid as teaching faculty. Building High-Performance Teams is a high-impact programme, aimed at developing vital skills to manage team dynamics, learn conflict resolution, negotiate solutions and evaluate outcomes effectively.

The programme included, relevant case studies, interactive discussions and an exciting simulation that enhanced the experiential approach and learning. The pedagogical mix helped participants appreciate the frameworks and concepts learnt during case sessions and allowed them to apply the concepts to reinforce learning.

The programme was well received by the participants who acknowledged and appreciated the interactive learning module. The centre’s ambiance, teaching expertise and in-depth knowledge of the faculty made the participants more enthusiastic and responsive.
