REDC conducted a 4-day programme on 'Advanced Corporate Finance' from October 2 - 5, 2018, led by Programme Director, Dr. Syed Mubashir Ali, Associate Professor at Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB) and supported by Dr. Saad Azmat, Associate Professor (SDSB) and Dr. Muhammad Junaid Ashraf, Associate Professor (SDSB).
The programme on 'Advance Corporate Finance: Crafting Strategies to Create Shareholder Value' explores advanced theories for understanding dynamics of corporate finance, role of financial markets in the context of corporate investment, borrowing and lending etc. Through case-studies and interactive discussions, participants are able to apply theoretical concepts to real case scenarios and understand financial implications of different strategic decisions on business and organisational performance.
The programme is designed so that participants can take strategic decision on financial policy, financial instruments and valuations based on sound corporate financial knowledge.
