The Management Development Programme (MDP) is a two week long immersive learning experience offered by Rausing Executive Development Centre, LUMS for more than two decades. MDP 2016 took place during October 24 - November 4, 2016. Jamshed Hassan Khan is the programme director and Muhammad Adeel Zaffar is the co-programme director of this Programme.
This two week residential programme orchestrates a 360 degree coverage of learning related to key areas in management encompassing functional areas as well as strategic business development and planning. Over the years MDP has been recognised for its unique design, rigor, and richness and teaching excellence and receives participation from diverse industry and educational backgrounds. The diversity in participant group is matched by diversity in faculty, more than ten faculty and industry leaders including Ehsan ul Haq, Anwar Khurshid, Khalid Mirza, Asad Alam, Rasool Buksh Raees, Arif Ejaz, Nasir Aziz, Naveed Riaz, Tahira Hassan, Jamshed Hassan Khan, Muhammad Adeel Zaffar and Abdul Razzak Dawood taught in the programme.
