The 6-day transformational programme was specifically designed to explore issues related to university governance and management from the macro and micro perspective. The key emphasis was on the role of universities in the changing world where higher education institutions are the drivers of socio-economic change in the community.

The programme was directed by Arif N. Butt, co-directed by Muhammad Adeel Zaffar and teamed in by Syed Sohail Hussain Naqvi, Anwar Khurshid, Ehsan ul Haque, Fazal Jawad Seyyed and Nasser Aziz.
