The Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) concluded the fall offering of its seven-day programme, Developing Future Leaders (DFL) on September 29, 2019. DFL is a comprehensive learning experience specifically designed to build the capability of emerging and high potential talent in organisations.
The programme includes diverse areas of management including leadership, leading teams, interpersonal skills, communication and finance. It provides the participants with the tools required to lead effective teams, which result in achieving organisational goals. Also encapsulating conceptual and practical understanding of how to lead and influence good leadership practices, DFL is designed for a high performing people’s manager who has to negotiate, interact, communicate and work simultaneously with 360-degree stakeholders both internal and external.
Following the REDC’s acclaimed participant-centred learning model with a mix of interactive discussions, case studies, simulation and group exercises, the programme was designed to encourage peer-to-peer learning and networking.
The programme was spearheaded by Dr. Jamshed H. Khan along with Dr. Jawad Syed as the Co-Programme Director. Executives shared their appreciation of the programme.
