Pakistan Navy School of Logistics Delegation Visits LUMS

A delegation from the Pakistan Navy School of Logistics visited LUMS on July 19, 2017. It comprised of 12 officers of the rank of Sub-Lieutenant and a Junior Officer Training Officer (JOTO) headed by Commanding Officer Hamid Sohail, Pakistan Navy School of Logistics. Representatives from the Office of Marketing and Communications, Head of procurement, and Director General Administration and Services welcomed the guests.

Ms. Minhal Sheikh, Assistant Manager Marketing, briefed the group about LUMS, its five schools and the programmes it offers. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. S. Sohail H. Naqvi also met the delegation for an informal discussion in which areas of mutual interest were discussed and avenues for possible cooperation were also explored.

The delegation was later on taken on a campus tour showing them, the Suleman Dawood School of Business, the Gad and Brigit Rausing Library, the Syed Maratab Ali Sports Complex and the Moot Court at the Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law.
