National Foods Limited conducted their recruitment drive on Thursday Feb 20 for their Trailblazer Programme. National Foods is a diversified business house with a wide range of business activities in Pakistan including international trading, sales, and distribution of various products.
Saad Omar, Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition shared information about National Foods Limited through a short documentary. The documentary was followed by a quiz where students were given prizes.
Muhammad Umair Akram Khan, HR Business Partner & Sales Capability then shared his work experience and why he plans to continue working with the organisation.
Hassan Ali, Manager Projects shared why relocation at the company should be taken as an opportunity for career growth. He gave his own example of working as an Assistant Manager when he was given the opportunity to relocate to manage a project in Gujranwala; due to his dedication and performance he is now Manager Projects.
Muhammad Talal bin Tamim, Cluster Activation Lead Foods Division also shared details about the company’s work environment.
The most valuable and knowledgeable part of the session was when Mr. Omar shared the hierarchy at the company and which department students should consider depending upon their majors and interests. He also shared tips regarding their interview preparation and gamified tests.
The session ended with an interactive Question and Answer session.
