LUMS alumnus, Fida Hassan (1994-2018), Class of 2017, lost the battle against Blood Cancer on September 26, 2018. Hassan was a much-loved student at LUMS and will be dearly missed by all. Hassan hailed from Gilgit Baltistan and was a scholar of the National Outreach Programme. Fida Hassan was the epitome of sheer hard work, perseverance and unflinching resilience.
Hassan was an academically sound student, a very full of life person with leadership abilities as well as a compassionate and beautiful heart. The LUMS community expresses its deepest condolences to his family.
