The LUMS alumni community in Melbourne arranged an excellent annual reunion on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Heritage Indian Restaurant in Melbourne.
It was a delight to see that this year’s Melbourne reunion had the biggest turnout yet, with attendees from BS, MBA, and MS, and ranging from batches across 15 years starting from 2000 all the way to 2015.
The alumni attended the reunion with their families, and had a cheerful time catching up with each other, engaging in interesting discussions on a variety of topics, and learning about the latest developments at their alma mater. The setup of the event also encouraged casual mingling amongst the alumni, and gave them the chance to take lively group photos with fun props and life-sized photo frames.
The Melbourne alumni community was so pleased with the reunion that they want to make it a quarterly event. They are hopeful and excited for future engagements that they are already planning on organising a BBQ in a park next time, so that the children can play and outdoor activities for adults can also be arranged.
