A LUMS Alumni USA Chapter Get-together took place on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Giordano’s in Chicago, USA. Twenty alumni, majority of whom were from the batch of 2011 attended the event. Most of these graduates already knew each other and meet up quite often. The alumni discussed how they could form a chapter for the Chicago area and host bigger and better events in future.
Dr. Imtiaz ul Haq, Assistant Professor of Economics at LUMS was visiting Chicago at the time and helped the alumni team organise the reunion. The alumni had a lot of fun networking with their fellow Luminites and enjoyed the delicious food prepared by Giordano’s famous Chefs.
Everyone left with smiles on their faces, looking forward to the next reunion.
