L’Oréal conducted a recruitment drive for their ‘Brandstorm’ idea at LUMS on February 6, 2018. Mr. Hasan Qazi Manzoor, Director Human Resource, L’Oréal started the session by sharing a brief introduction of the company and how L’Oréal became a global organisation, stating that they started 27 years ago. He also shared the history of Brandstorm, spoke about how their makeup line, Maybelline, became one of the most popular brands in the world.
Mr. Hasan described the hiring procedure for L’Oréal Brandstorm and said that the selection procedure includes the Team Registration, Presentation, Campus Finales, National Selection, National Finale and WW Finale.
Ms. Samrah Anis, Junior Human Resource Manager, L’Oréal Pakistan and a LUMS graduate ended the session by inviting the audience to their coffee chat session.
