Khaadi conducted a recruitment drive for its Khaadi Lead Management Trainee Programme (KLMT) at LUMS. Mr. Abdullah Bin Haseeb, Management Trainee Marketing and a LUMS graduate, started the session by giving a brief introduction of the company and said that Khaadi started its operations in Pakistan in 1998 and is now running a state-of-the-art infrastructure, employing around 1000 experienced retail staff with 50+ stores in Pakistan. He said the company is also providing e-commerce solutions to its customers.
Mr. Muhammad Usman, Head of Marketing also addressed the audience and said that Khaadi is the best place to work in and spoke about the various factors that make Khaadi the best brand in Pakistan.
Later, the Khaadi team members took the stage and shared their success stories and their experience of working at the company.
Ms. Anam Liaquat, Management Trainee HR spoke about the hiring procedure in detail. She explained that the Lead Trainee Programme, is an 18 month programme for undergraduates, which provides rigorous training and exposure to fresh graduates. She said that the programme is designed to help the employees, leverage their strengths and to ensure Khaadi remains a place where leaders thrive. She also shared that they intend to hire Management Trainees within all major functions of the business and are focused on developing leadership capabilities, accelerating their professional growth. Ms. Liaquat also shared the procedure for applying for the KLMT.
