JS Bank Limited conducted a recruitment drive for its Management Trainee Programme at LUMS. Mr. Bilal Iqbal (Head of Learning and Organisational Development) started the session by giving a brief introduction of the bank. He said that it is the most dynamic bank of Pakistan and has 307 branches in 152 cities with over 200 billion in deposits. He then gave a brief summary of their vision, mission and core values. The bank is owned by JS group which is the largest charitable group among financial institutions.
Munibullah Khan, Deputy Head Learning and Organisational Development then shared some milestones of JS Bank and said that around 100 branches of the bank have been converted to solar power. He spoke about the MT programme and said that it is a facilitated learning programme which provides extensive learning and exposure to young employees by giving them a chance to interact and learn from financial industry experts. It also gives them experiential learning through rotations in different business segments. He then explained the steps of the recruitment process.
The drive concluded with an interactive question & answer session followed by an online test.
