IBEX recently conducted its recruitment drive at LUMS. Mariam Bhatti, Marking Executive started the session and discussed the company profile of IBEX, her work experience and the exposure she got while working at the company. She also shared her own story, mentioning that she joined IBEX as a sales executive and has now reached her current position.
Shoaib Khalid, HR Business Partner shared the whole A to Z work environment and life at IBEX, where events are celebrated wholeheartedly like a family from sports events to other festivals like Eid and Christmas etc. He shared that the company conducts many activities from co-curricular to personality grooming which makes IBEX a unique employer.
Mr. Khaled also shared tips on how to make an impressive resume, interview preparation and selection. He also shared that working at IBEX could turn into a life changing experience. He guided, motivated and encouraged the young students on how to give their best at interviews.
