House of Habib (HOH) conducted a recruitment drive for its Management and Engineer Trainee Programmes at LUMS on February 12, 2018. Mr. Daniyal Jangda, LUMS graduate of 2017, who was selected as a Management Trainee, HOH last year started the session by giving a brief introduction about his journey at HOH. He told the audience that HOH started its operations in 1841 in Mumbai (India) and today it has grown into a large conglomerate having a turnover of over PKR 100 billion.
Ms. Muneeba Qasim (Head of Training and Organisational Development & Culture) then took the stage and briefed the students about the induction process at HOH. She said that they are currently offering four programmes for graduates i.e. House of Habib Group Management Trainee Programme, Indus Motor Company Management Trainee Programme, Habib Metropolitan Bank Management Trainee Programme and the Thal Limited Management Trainee Programme.
She said that the recruitment process comprises of four steps, which are the PLI Test, Screening Interviews, Assessment Centre and Final Interviews.
The session concluded with an interactive Question and Answer session followed by an online test.
