In line with this promise, Fauji Fertilizer Company conducted recruitment drive for their Management Trainee Programme for engineers and chemists on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Academic Block, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Col.Rtd. Shahid Bashir Khan, Deputy Manager, HR started the session by giving a brief introduction of the company. Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) is the largest fertilizer manufacturer of Pakistan with market share of 52 percent in the country. FFC was established in 1978, as a joint venture of Fauji Foundation and Haldor Topsoe A/S of Denmark. The first urea complex was commissioned in 1982. They are working in 5 Sectors namely, Fertilizer, Energy, Food, Cement and Financial Services. FFC is ranked as No.1 Company in Pakistan Stock Exchange for seven consecutive years since 2010. He also shared the vision, mission and values of company. He further elaborated about the facilities for their employees that include state-of-the- art education for the children, accommodation, medical and transportation.
