Dr. Ali Qazilbash, Chair of the Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law at LUMS, was invited to speak at the Asia Pacific Key Note Seminar on International Humanitarian Law in Hong Kong held at the Hong Kong Red Cross Headquarters on March 11, 2016 .
Dr. Qazilbash’s lecture was on "The Relationship Between IHL and IHRL: Central Approaches for Reconciliation of the Two Bodies of Law".
