After two weeks of hard work, learning and discovery, session two of Summer School @LUMS (SSL) culminated in a memorable Closing Ceremony on July 27, 2019. The event recognised 108 students from across Pakistan and overseas in a fun-filled and engaging celebration.
The SSL team commenced the ceremony by welcoming all the participants and parents in attendance. A short film that compiled some of the memorable moments of the journey was also played. This was followed by the distribution of certificates to the graduating participants.
Attendees were also able to view the student projects on display, which varied from pottery to graphic designs. The ceremony concluded with hi-tea, where attendees socialised and reminisced about their memorable experience.
The Closing Ceremony marks the official conclusion of SSL 2019. The next sessions will resume in 2020.
